Blacklock take whole animals from us and make something of everything. The Whole Double "X" Sirloin has a great coverage of yellow grassy fat on the outside, is dry aged up to 55 days for greater depth of flavour and is ideal to be cut into t bone steaks for the barbecue while still leave a great roasting joint for Sunday Roast or some sirloin steaks.

The Phillip Warren Blacklock whole Double "X" Sirloin is priced on the bone. Once ordered we will set up a Whatspp group with our butcher. We will ask you how you want it prepped and the day of delivery.
