This Philip Warren for Paul Ainsworth at no 6 Duck is priced as a whole bird. The medium is approx 5lb (2.2 kg) and the large 6lb (2.7.kg) Once ordered, one of our butchers will contact you to ask you how you would like it prepped and the day of delivery. On request, we can dry age these for a longer period for you at no extra charge, as we would for Paul's team in the restaurants. This increases the richness and depth of flavour.
As always, supply is very limited, but more will be added each week as it would have been sent out to Paul's restaurant.
