- Aged beef fillet with Jersey Royal potatoes with Cornish seaweed and truffle butter, spinach gratin, bordelaise sauce and smoked bacon mayonnaise (serves 2)
- Aged beef fillet ragu with homemade rigatoni pasta and 36-month aged parmesan (main course, serves 2, starter serves 4)
